1. Sensival 25mg Tablet contains Nortriptyline HCl 25mg as a tablet, marketed by Pharmedic (Pvt) Ltd.. Category: Antidepressant.
2. Nortriptyline (HCl) is a tricyclic antidepressant of the dibenzocycloheptene type and is the active metabolite of amitriptyline.
3. Used for: Depression, Enuresis, Nausea and vomiting, Pain, Urticaria.
4. Precautions: Nortriptyline should be used with caution (if it contains tartrazine) in patients with aspirin hypersensitivity, because it may produce allergic reaction (including bronchial asthma).
