1. Onset 4mg Injection contains Ondansetron HCl as a injectable, marketed by Pharmedic (Pvt) Ltd.. Category: Prokinetic / Antiemetic.
2. Ondansetron (HCl) is oral and parenteral antiemetic agent.
3. Used for: Moderately emetognic chemotherapy or radiotherapy, Nausea and vomiting (chemotherapy induced), Post operative vomiting, Post-operative nausea, Post-operative nausea and vomiting, Prevention of post-operative nausea and vomiting.
4. Precautions: Dosage restriction is advisable in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment.
