Description

1. Oribro Plus Syrup contains Cefpodoxime as a oral liquid, marketed by Tabros Pharma. Category: Antibiotic (Cephalosporin).
2. Cefpodoxime is a third-generation broad spectrum ß lactamase resistant cephalosporin antibiotic.
3. Used for: Benign gastric, duodenal or NSAID-associated ulceration, Gonorrhoea, Gynecological infections, Local infiltration, Lower respiratory tract infections, Otitis media, Sinusitis, Skin and soft tissue infections.
4. Precautions: Cefpodoxime should be used with caution in patients with impaired kidney or liver function.
