Description

1. Librax Tablet (50s) contains Clidinium Br + Chlordiazepoxide HCl as a tablet, marketed by Roche Pakistan Ltd.. Category: Antispasmodic.
2. Clidinium (Br) is antimuscarinic drug. Chlordiazepoxide is a 1,4-benzodiazipine.
3. Used for: Spasticity; Acute alcohol withdrawal, Adjunct in acute alcohol withdrawal, Adjunt in acute alcohol withdrawal, Anxiety, Insomnia, Muscular spasm, Premedication in anaesthesia, Psychosomatic disorders, Suppression of transplant rejection.
4. Precautions: Closely monitor patients for therapeutic response and side effects. Perform periodic blood counts and liver function tests during long term therapy of chlordiazepoxide.
